Three Things to Consider

Welcome to my brand new website and first blog entry!
For this first entry, I'm simply going to give you THREE things to consider when starting a new workout or nutrition program.
1. Eating too much one day won't ruin your progress. And you also don't need to compensate by eating less or doing extra cardio the next day to "fix it". Nutrition is a cumulative effort. Things don't change in our bodies overnight.
Which brings me to the next point:
2. Whatever your goal is, it's going to take time. You won't purchase a workout plan and absorb fitness from your trainer like a sponge. It takes dedication, hard work, and TIME. But I assure you with effort, whatever that goal may be, we can and we will get you there!
3. Positive energy and a positive mindset are crucial for success. If you believe it, you can achieve it.
Once you understand these things, the rest becomes easy. Just show up - and SWEAT!
